The cheapest and most simple way to update your look.


  1. You commented me asking what i eat on a typical day: Okay, before my diet i ate around 3,000 to 4,000 calories a day. (Now, i am thin from gententics, but since my eating like that, i got some extra fat.) So, i decided to cut down. Mondays-Wednesdays i eat 500 or less, Thursdays-Fridays i eat 345 or less, Then on weekends since my mom watchs me a bit closer it's 800 or less. I say to stay srtong and to meet your goals you need friends who are supportive of you, thats why i have gotten a blogger account. it not only helps me stay in control, but it also surrounds me by people who have the same goals as me. (:
